eBurn Pre-Order Terms
What you're agreeing to when you pre-order
The Nova electric bong and the Ember electric pipe are currently sold as pre-orders. They are not in a warehouse waiting to go out. This page says plainly what that means, because we'd rather over-explain it than have you surprised.
When it ships
We will ship your order on or before October 15, 2026. That is a commitment, not an estimate.
When you're charged
Your card is charged in full at checkout, at the time you place the order. There is no deposit option and no second payment later. Charging up front is how we reserve your unit against the first production run.
If we're going to be late
If for any reason we can't ship by October 15, 2026, we will email you before that date with a revised shipping date and two options:
- Keep waiting. Your order stays in place at the price you paid.
- Cancel for a full refund. No restocking fee, no partial refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
You can cancel at any point up until the order ships.
Cancelling before then
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships, for any reason or none. Contact us with your order number and we'll process it.
After it ships
Once your device ships, our normal return policy and one-year warranty apply, exactly as they do for every other Dip Devices product.
Prices and colorways
Nova is $149.99 in black or green. Ember is $49.99 in black or blue. These are full retail prices — there is no pre-order discount.
