eBurn Pre-Order Terms
Terms for eBurn orders placed before October 26, 2026
The Nova electric bong and the Ember electric pipe are now in stock, and new orders ship within 2 business days. This page keeps the plain-English terms that apply to everyone who ordered before that, when both devices were sold as pre-orders.
When it ships
Pre-orders are being fulfilled now, and we will ship every pre-order on or before November 15, 2026. That is a commitment, not an estimate. You will get a tracking email the moment yours ships.
When you were charged
Your card was charged in full at checkout, at the time you placed the order. There was no deposit option and no second payment later.
If we're going to be late
If for any reason we can't ship your pre-order by November 15, 2026, we will email you before that date with a revised shipping date and two options:
- Keep waiting. Your order stays in place at the price you paid.
- Cancel for a full refund. No restocking fee, no partial refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
You can cancel at any point up until the order ships.
Cancelling before then
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships, for any reason or none. Contact us with your order number and we'll process it.
After it ships
Once your device ships, our normal return policy and one-year warranty apply, exactly as they do for every other Dip Devices product.
Prices
Nova is $149.99. Ember is $49.99. These are full retail prices — there was no pre-order discount.
