CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT FOR REFUND?

Outside of the warranty (available by registering your product directly with Dip Devices), the Company will accept returns for Products un-opened in original packaging. Customer must acquire a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by emailing support@dipdevices.com All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The company may reject any Return request.

Customer is responsible for shipping all returns or warranty requests. Device must be fully cleaned and legally compliant when shipped. Dip Devices will thoroughly test all devices and return or replace the unit as appropriate.

Refunds are only available for new and unused Products purchased on www.dipdevices.com and must be return directly to Zipline within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If the tamper proof seal is broken, a refund cannot be honored.

Products purchased through an authorized Zipline retailer will not be refunded by Zipline; in such case, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the Product and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds.
