Which product is right for me?
The Dipper is manufactured for more durability and higher power while EVRI offers more functionality and a smaller device profile. EVRI’s universal battery offers a platform for unlimited functionality in a small form factor.
Free shipping for orders over $75! Dip Devices ships Monday through Friday and will ship same or next day. Our products ship domestically and generally arrive within 3-5 business days. We will provide tracking information when available. International shipments will have varying delivery times and will be quoted on a transaction by transaction basis. All products will be shipped in simple, discreet packaging with a return address of our legal company name: Zipline Innovations.
What is the return policy?
Outside of the warranty (available by registering your product directly with Dip Devices), the Company will accept returns for Products un-opened in original packaging. Customer must acquire a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by emailing email@example.com. or calling (844) 922-VAPE. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The company may reject any Return request.
Refunds are only available for new and unused Products purchased on www.dipdevices.com and must be return directly to Zipline within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If the tamper proof seal is broken, a refund cannot be honored.
Products purchased through an authorized Zipline retailer will not be refunded by Zipline; in such case, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the Product and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds.

Can you send me a free device or do a review?
Before we send anyone a Dipper or EVRI, we need to see some examples of their analytics. Rule of thumb is that they must have the majority of their audience in a target area (e.g. over 21 and living in USA) and have higher reach/impressions than us to get a free device. We suggest you join the Affiliates Program.
