How do I use my Dipper?

Five clicks turn the Dipper on and off. Three clicks cycle through the power settings:

• Blue = Low heat — 3.6V
• Green = Medium heat — 4.1V
• Red = High heat — 4.5V

Temperatures range from 450–650°F depending on how hard you're inhaling (light is best). Hold the button and lightly draw through the mouthpiece while touching the Vapor Tip to your concentrate. Continue holding the button as you remove the Atomizer to ensure you don't leave residue and get the full hit.

What's the difference between the Vapor Tip and Quartz Crystal Atomizer?

The Vapor Tip Atomizer (VTA) lets you consume concentrate without loading — touch the tip to your concentrate, inhale, done. Fresh taste every hit.

The Quartz Crystal Atomizer (QCA) lets you pre-load concentrate and consume via the mouthpiece — no extra container to carry. The dual-quartz construction delivers smooth hits without the burnt taste of typical pre-load pens. Keep the device upright when in use or storing so hot concentrate doesn't drip from the atomizer.

How do I change atomizers?

Unscrew the current atomizer and make sure the device and connection point are thoroughly cleaned. Screw in your preferred atomizer. Always keep the Atomizers and Reclaim Chamber clean when switching attachments.

What's the best way to clean my Dipper?

Unscrew the atomizer and remove the reclaim chamber and mouthpiece. (If your Dipper is extremely soiled, you may need to use an alcohol-soaked Q-tip to clean around the chamber first.) Place the atomizer, mouthpiece, and reclaim chamber in a small cup and pour enough 90%+ isopropyl alcohol to cover them. Soak at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, use a Q-tip soaked in alcohol to clean the atomizer connection point and airway. Rinse the soaked pieces and let dry completely. Do not rinse or soak the battery. Re-attach the reclaim chamber, atomizer, and mouthpiece before using your Dipper again.

How long do atomizers last?

Vapor Tip and Quartz Crystal Atomizers should last 6–8 weeks with standard use and proper maintenance. If a clean, well-maintained atomizer fails sooner than that, please reach out with specifics.

Can I use CBD with my Dipper?

Yes — the Dipper works great for CBD concentrates.

What do I do when my Dipper cycles colors or blinks blue?

First, make sure your device and atomizer are both thoroughly cleaned. On a clean device, this can occur due to an atomizer that is too loose or too tight — try gently loosening or tightening the atomizer in small increments. Can I connect my Dipper to a glass piece?

Yes — use the DipWhip Attachment to connect your Dipper to your favorite water pipe or bong.

With registration, the Dipper includes a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from purchase date against defects in craftsmanship on the body and wiring. This warranty does not cover the Vapor Tip or Quartz Crystal Atomizer, as those are consumable products and readily available for purchase. An original dated purchase receipt is required for any warranty claims.

For warranty issues, contact Dip Devices directly at support@dipdevices.com or call 844-922-VAPE (8273). Dip Devices has sole discretion to repair or replace any defective unit. Repair should only be done by Dip Devices. Only use original Dip Devices accessories and spare parts for the Dipper.
