How Do I Clean My Lunar?
Cleaning your Lunar is simple and easy!

First, take off the mouthpiece. Then take a toothpick or tweezers and pop off the two o-rings at the bottom of the Quartz Crystal Atomizer. Unscrew the Quartz Crystal Atomizer, and place it in a cup of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol alcohol (such as Quartz Qlean) for 30 minutes. Take a Q-tip soaked in alcohol and clean the inside of the mouthpiece along with the atomizer connection point. After 30 minutes, rinse and allow the Quartz Crystal Atomizer to completely dry. Like the other Dip Devices dab straws and dab pens, wipe down the main unit if necessary. Then reassemble and the Lunar is ready for blastoff again.  Regularly removing any residue or buildup will help keep your Lunar in great condition.

How Often Do I Clean Lunar?
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure the best performance from your Lunar vaporizer. We recommend cleaning the device after every few uses to maintain optimal flavor and vapor production. You can also purchase replacement atomizers to help keep your hits fresh and clean.

How Do I Charge My Lunar?
Lunar v2.0 LCD can be charged using any cable with a standard USB-C connection.

Original Lunar can be charged using a micro-USB cable.

Important note for Original Lunar users: For optimal performance and safety, DO NOT charge the Lunar vaporizer using "fast charging" micro-USB cables. Only traditional microUSB chargers (5V/450mA) from reputable sources should be used to charge your devices from Dip Devices. We recommend using a standard micro-USB cable to ensure the best experience and prevent potential issues.

How Long Does the Atomizer Last?
The lifespan of the atomizer depends on factors like usage frequency and cleaning habits. With proper care and maintenance, the atomizer can last for months, but be sure to replace the atomizer every 8-12 weeks to ensure consistent vapor quality.
